The Youth Education Committee is a group of volunteers within the Canadian Power and Sail Squadrons (CPS-ECP) who are committed to ensuring that young water sports enthusiasts develop the necessary knowledge, skills and positive attitudes that will enable them to participate in safe and enjoyable boating experiences.
